Mahindra Lifespace Adds Another Society To Its Chembur Redevelopment
Chembur's redevelopment wave has picked up one more society. Realty firm Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that it has added three housing societies to its residential redevelopment portfolio in Mumbai: two in a Borivali project and one additional society in its existing redevelopment project in Chembur. Together, the projects carry a total revenue potential of Rs 1,500 crore, PTI reported. Vimalendra Singh, Chief Business Officer, Residential, said Mumbai's redevelopment market gives the company an opportunity to grow in established locations with projects that meaningfully contribute to neighbourhoods.
