Hubtown Plans a New Tower at its Chembur Township
Hubtown is planning a new residential tower in its Chembur township on Ramakrishna Chemburkar Marg, next to the Fine Arts Society in Postal Colony, Chembur East. Management has linked the phase to a launch expected to add ₹300 to 400 crore to the company’s business, with most pre-sales expected in the second half of the financial year. No rate card has been confirmed yet. For reference, 2 BHK homes in the existing township currently list between ₹2.59 crore and ₹5.31 crore and 3 BHKs between ₹4.07 crore and ₹7.92 crore, with a median asking rate near ₹42,500 per sq ft, well above the wider Chembur average of roughly ₹33,000 to 34,000 per sq ft.
