30-Hour Water Cut in Chembur This Week

BMC has scheduled a 30-hour water supply disruption from 10 AM on May 5 to 4 PM on May 6 to carry out pipeline connection work for the Amar Mahal to Wadala water tunnel project.

Most of M-West Ward (Chembur) will face a complete water shutdown on May 5, with low pressure continuing through May 6. Areas affected include Chembur Camp, Diamond Garden, Chembur Gaothan, Basant Park, Golf Club, Collector Colony, Konkan Nagar, Mahul village, Mysore Colony, and many more neighbourhoods across the ward.

Areas like Tilak Nagar, Pestom Sagar, Shell Colony, Sahakar Nagar, and Chedda Nagar will face cuts on May 6 specifically.

BMC has urged residents to store adequate water in advance and use it carefully during the disruption.
